GroomING

We require a 50% deposit to be paid upon booking for any groom booked for a dog that isn’t in daycare on the day of the groom. The deposit can be deducted from the final price of the groom, or carried forward to the next appointment. If you’re appointment is rescheduled then your deposit will be carried over. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour’s notice, or you fail to attend then your deposit will be kept and you will be required to pay in full for any future bookings.

Please make us aware of any skin conditions, sensitivities or allergies your dog has when making an appointment so that we can make sure we have the right products readily available to best care for them. 

We ask that your dog is up to date with all of their flea treatments, and that you give them a quick check to ensure they don’t have any fleas/parasites before bringing them in. If we find anything whilst grooming them we will stop the groom immediately and contact you to come and pick them up. If you do become aware of fleas/parasites within the 24 hour notice period, your deposit will be carried over to allow for the appropriate treatment to be administered.

We aim to provide the cleanest and most hygienic environment we can, and appreciate your honesty on this matter to help us maintain our high standards.

We understand that for some dogs, going to the groomers can be a stressful experience.  We do everything we can to ensure your dogs feel safe and comfortable whilst they are with us, and are happy to take the extra time required. Please let the groomer know when making your appointment if you think your dog may need a little longer than normal.

We will not put our staff or your dog at any risk. If we feel like your dog’s behaviour could cause harm in any way we will contact you immediately. Safety is our number one concern.
